Weekly Report 4

This week I received my CMUcam kit and assembled it. I tried out the java GUI to test it out on the computer with the serial cable, and it seemed to work ok. The image is flipped horizontally when a frame is dumped to the PC, and when the settings are over 8 fps, the right side of the image gets cut off. This should be ok since I will probably be using polling mode anyway, and I can just flip the pixels horizontally in the micro to compensate when reading from the camera. I also mounted it on a servo and tried the demo mode where it follows a color blob placed in front of it, and it seemed to work well enough.
