Small exercises for IT people

Do you spend more than 6 hours in front of computer / day ?  If yes, spare some time to go through the following simple exercises.  You need to spend 10-15  minutes to stretch your muscles, once in 3 hours. Let  us begin from head to toe.

 FOR NECK MUSCLES:

 Turn the neck slowly to the right, rotate the neck backwards and then to the left , bend  the neck forwards , slowly turn to the right. This completes one circle.  Repeat 5 times.  Repeat same procedure from left to right, 5 times.

 FOR EYE MUSCLES:

 Close both the eyes, rotate the eye ball at 12,3,6 & 9 position clockwise  and anti clockwise 5 times each.

FOR BACK MUSCLES:

 While sitting on the chair, place legs wide apart, interlock fingers of the hands, place the interlocked hands behind the neck, now slowly  bend forwards taking in deep breath, perform this for 5 times.

 FOR WRIST JOINT:

 Fold the fingers, rotate the wrist joint clockwise & anti clockwise, 5 times each.

 FOR FOOT MUSCLES:

 Rotate each  ankle joint separately clockwise and anti clockwise 5 times each.  Better to perform this exercise without the foot wear.
