Process Model
The current process model Lucky Number 7's will be implementing is the incremental model along with the extreme programming model. We will not follow one or the other completely, rather will take what we feel is most useful for our project.
One idea followed from the extreme programming model will be iteration cycles. Our group will follow a one week iteration cycle and will make releases based on this time period. We will also use continuous integration to keep our code current in the repository.
Using the incremental model, we will prioritize all of our requirements before we assign them to an iteration in our extreme programming model. Each of the features being added to our application will be done separately and then will be integrated at the appropriate times.
