Demo Day is tomorrow! My robot is almost complete. I just need to tweak my software to make my robot a bit faster and more accurate. And I hacked into a toy that plays the G.I. Joe theme. Now my bot can play the G.I. Joe theme on command.
Here are some videos of my robot in action:

I uploaded Report 12. It can be seen on the Reports page. I'm so close to getting meaningful data from my CMU Camera, I can smell it.

By the way, my platform is complete. Complete with a WORKING CMU Camera. Here it is:
Yes, that is a Goofy mousepad. I received it from Disney when they hosted an IT job fair last semester. It's a great mousepad.

This is my page dedicated to my IMDL project, the Cobra Automated Tabletop Security System (C.A.T.S.S.). Expect blog-style posts here, complete with YouTube embedding. Yes, my bot is G.I. Joe themed, and made out of an old G.I. Joe toy.
What it does, in a nutshell
It will be a simple vehicle with a plow on the front of it, with the task of pushing off any object off of a table. In its second mode, it will only target red "threats" and avoid objects of another color. For a slightly more elaborate look, click on the "What is it?" Link.
Pictures coming as soon as all the gizmos are mounted.
