Weekly Report 5 (6/15/06)

My programmer finally arrived but just my luck it came with a 6 pin connecter while my board requires a 10 pin connecter.  Since the signals between the 6 and 10 pin connecters are the same (the 10 pin connecter has 5 ground signals) I have made a ghetto adapter that works sometimes but like 1 in 3 times I try to program I get an error.  All of my parts have arrived except for my voice recognition stuff because I am still looking into what I want to do with that.  I have built the base of my platform, installing the two drive wheels, casters, drive motors, and the actuator power supply.  I have written a few programs to test some of the parts that I have received—everything seems to be working fine.  I have drawn some of the parts that I need made in the TTech machine in autocad and I will bring the file to lab today to get the parts cut out.  Everything seems to be on schedule.
