Everything From Stretching to Seguiriyas

Four solid days of intensive training in the 12-count compás.  Each day begins with a morning session of stretching and movement, followed by instruction in braceo and taconeo technique.  The afternoon session focuses on bringing it all together with a beautiful seguiriyas choreography and Morca's famous "instant bulerías recipe," which shows the student how the elements of entrada, llamada, marcaje, y desplante provide the basic building blocks from which any style or length of bulerías can be created.

Private and Semi-Private Classes Available

Want to get a preview of what the workshop holds?  Have a choreography of your own you'd like some coaching on?  Does your technique need a refresher?  Whether you're shaking off the rust or simply want to get ahead a little, Morca offers customized private and semi-private classes.  Fees are flexible and depend on the number of people attending and the desired length of the class.  Classes are available not only during the evenings the workshop is held, but during the week preceding the workshop as well, with both day and evening hours available.  Let us know you're interested in receiving some personal dance attention from Morca.

Join us Saturday evening for dinner with Teo at Napolatano's Restaurant at 7pm.  Maps will be distributed at the workshop.  Pre-paid reservations with workshop registration are $15.00; after that, cost is $17.50.  Enjoy your choice of four entrees with unlimited salad, bread, and beverage.  Don't miss out on the food and fun!
