Statement of Writing requirement, Composition and Humanities Credit
This is a Gordon Rule class. You must submit 6,000 "words" for grading. In a media class of this sort, the word count may not approach 6,000 since the projects consist of work with images. The requirement translates into the necessity for students to turn in every project and assignment in order to receive Gordon rule credit (a grade of "C" or better).
This course can satisfy the UF requirement for Writing. For more information, see: http://www.registrar.ufl.edu/catalog/policies/advisinggordon.html.
This course can satisfy the UF General Education requirement for Composition or Humanities. For more information, see: http://www.registrar.ufl.edu/catalog/policies/advisinggened.html.
