This WebQuest will be worth 100 points of your final grade in this class. Your grade for this project will be assigned according to the thoroughness and organization of your research and the design and content of your presentation. Your Research Form must be fully completed, with evidence of at least six referenced resources. Your questions and interesting facts must be appropriate and clearly related to the topics. In your presentation, you must show sufficient attempt at answering peer questions. If you cannot find the answer in your research, state the question and your hypothesized answer in your final project. Your presentation must include both visual and written components. All written portions are expected to be grammatically correct, organized, and well thought-out. Direct quotations and paraphrasing must also be correctly cited in MLA format, either attached to your presentation or turned in on a separate sheet of paper. Your explanation to the class on Presentation Day must demonstrate ample knowledge and understanding of your role, and your comfort in front of the class will be taken into account. Don't worry if you are not accustomed to public speaking. This will not hurt your grade, but I will provide comments to help you in the future. If you show that you have put time and effort into this project, and have completed all the steps, you will do great. I am excited to see your finished products!
