News: Knapp, C. Shenkman E., Marcu, I. M., Madden, V. and J. Terza (2008), "Pediatric Palliative Care: Describing Hospice Users and Identifying Factors that Affect Hospice Expenditures" has been accepted for publication in Palliative Medicine.

The Portuguese National Communications Authority ANACOM has solicited the Public Utility Research Center at the University of Florida and the Phoenix Center to conduct a study of mobile broadband diffusion in OECD countries. Dr. Mark Jamison, Dr. Janice Hauge, and myself will be conducting the study on behalf of PURC.
