Connect to Epson projector via Apple TV:

-iPad/iPhone Instructions-IPhone 5 or later, iPad (3rd generation or later), iPad mini, or iPod touch (5th generation) using iOS 8 or later

1. Power on the projector.

2. Enable Wi-Fi AND Bluetooth on your Apple device.

3. Swipe up from the bottom of your screen to access Control Center.

4. Tap Airplay Tap the name of the Apple TV you wish to Airplay to (name of classroom), Example “FAC314” ask MC for the

password, then tap Mirroring.

5. Once enabled, your iOS device's screen will be mirrored on the Apple TV/classroom projector.

 

-MacBook Instructions-

-A 2012 or newer mac with at least Yosemite OS 10.10

1. Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your Apple device

2. Click the AirPlay icon Description:  AirPlay icon in the menu bar.

3. Choose the name of the Apple TV (name of classroom)under "Connect to AirPlay Display."

4. The icon is blue when your Mac is using an AirPlay display. Ask Michael for the password.

5. Or use Displays preferences:Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Displays,

6. Then choose the Apple TV from the AirPlay Display menu at the bottom of the window.

 

Connect to Apple TV with Windows via a program called Ditto

 

1. First download Ditto Connect(not receiver)from Air Squirrels. Linked here.

2. Choose ditto connect for windows x64 download. For Mac OS you should be able

to just use the built in Airplay but if you want you can also use ditto..

3. Follow instructions to install then launch the program. You will most likely have to accept some security exceptions.

4. Once launched you will be asked for a password, it's just the building and room you are in no caps.
