Welcome to my life.
My name is Maggie Powers, and what you're looking at is my very own, hand-made masterpiece. I'm in my second year as a pre-law journalism major at the University of Florida. I hope to become a lawyer dealing with intellectual property when I'm older. I love my family and friends more than anything in this world. They have helped mold who I am today and continually provide endless support as I continue to grow. I love animals as well. I once dream of becoming a vet, but found that I would not have the strength to put animals to sleep. I have a dog and two cats (the dog's my favorite!).
The information on this website only goes into a small portion of my life. In general, I think it only appropriate to introduce myself as someone who is much more complex than meets the eye. I am not much different than this website in that regard. While the site may look simplistic now, I assure you there was complex coding and design that went behind it's creation. I like to think of myself that way.
After only a few weeks of being in MMC 3260, I've learned so much. I'm proud of the progress I've made on this site, despite the frustration I sometimes experienced. I am so exited for our final project, where we have to make an huge website. My web designing skill will only improve as I practice.
