I read the content on the webpage of the class, and start getting an idea of what I¡¯m going to do in the future. I attended the office hour meeting held by Tom and discussed some topics on robotics. I was learning components of robots like control board, servo, sensor, etc. I was also learning concepts such as PWM and voltage regulator. I was considering building a six legged robot which can walk in the first step, then can perform some more complicated behaviors. On the robot, each leg would be activated by 2 servos, one for in-plane movement, and the other for up-and-down movement. Pressure sensors would be installed on each leg of the robot to supply feedback control.
