I graduated from Ferris State College in 1979 with a machinist certificate and an Associates Degree in Applied Science.
I worked at Long Chevrolet in Chicago.

Wanting to expand my mechanical skills I left Long Chevrolet and worked as an automotive machinist at Jasper Automotive in Cicero, Ill.

No longer content with grinding crankshafts, boring cylinders and doing valve jobs, I moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan.
I ran mills and lathes and learned CNC programming.

With mechanical, machinist, and computer skills, my path was clear: Robotics. The only thing lacking was a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.

I completed one science fiction techno-thriller novel, Secrets, and six science fiction short stories. I then worked with a published author on a second sci-fi techno-thriller novel, Birth of a Warrior.
