Kitty Christian's Page

My major is Health Studies. I am a senior and I will be graduating in December 2006 (I can't wait!) My academic area of interest is nutrition and exercise. I have been practicing Yoga for over 6 years and I love the peace and serinity it brings to my life.

 My presentation group is #3, the other members are Justine Elfrink, Andrea Hardee, and Nieka Gresham. We will present on June 19, 2006. Our topics are weight management, fad diets and eating disorders. The title of our presentation is Food and Your Health.
