  • Operations Research in Health Care, Hospital Management (1. Operating Room Scheduling, 2. Bed Assignment, 3. Crew (Shift) Scheduling for different types of staffs); Decisions Under Uncertainty
  • Graph Theory in Neural Networks in epileptic Brain; Critical Nodes Identification for all kinds of Networks (e.g. disordered brain networks, social networks, etc.)
  • Data Mining in Patients Classification and Epileptic Seizure Prediction (e.g. PCA, ICA, SVM and kernel methods, etc.), and Biomarker Identification for different Brain Disorders (e.g. traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's Disease) using EEG, f-MRI, or micro-wire neuron data.
