Health and Science have always been intriguing to me. Initially, I was studying to become a doctor. After reconsideration, I decided to change my major. In August 2004, I transferred to the College of Health and Human Performance to study Health Education Behavior. I realized that I enjoyed promoting health, and trying to influence healthy lifestyles to prevent disease. I have many areas of interests within health promotion including HIV/AIDS, physical fitness, and nutrition. As a health promotion director, I will be able to incorporate all areas of interests into work. |
