Group assignment/Individual assignment: Group Assignment
Accomplished practice:  Accomplished Practice 1 - Assessment
Description of Assignment:  In groups, we were to design a test that was both reliable and valid.  The test included general objectives and specific objectives related to Bloom's Taxonomy of higher order thinking.  For this test, we chose psychology as the subject area of study.  We followed the suggestions of how to construct true/false, multiple choice, and matching questions and designed a rubric as a guide for grading the essay question.
Rationale (Why you chose to use this as an illustration and how it is an example of the Accomplished Practice):  I chose this assignment as an illustration because as a teacher it is important to design tests that will accurately test the knowledge of your students.  This test demonstrates my knowledge of how to construct objectives and a variety of question types in addition to making sure the test is valid and reliable.
