The website also provides links to resources that aid the user in the process of copyright formation, trademark registration, and Patents; in addition the site allows for interaction with the website attorneys in the form of being able to ask legal question through email

- Seems to focus much of its resources to film and movie issues and links
- Allows users to access blank sample of a legal contract in the entertainment field, but does not give user the option of what type of contract to view - only highlights one type of contract per month
