Movie Ratings

These are annual lists of movies that I have seen during their premiere release in a first-run theater. I have divided the year's movies into nine rating categories, ranging from zero to four and incremented by one-half, and distinguished each category with a name and a suggestion of its importance. Consider that the high average rating is a reflection of my semi-permanent desire to only see movie that I think will appeal to me.
