Assistant Professor Dr. Hans-Friedrich Otto Mueller (h-fom), aka Mercurius Molinarius
The name "Hans-Friedrich Otto Mueller" was applied to me at birth (in Columbus, Ohio, USA) by parents freshly arrived from Germany. The title "Dr." was conferred by UNC-Chapel Hill in 1994. After stints in Munich, Germany, at the Thesaurus Linguae Latinae and in Tallahassee at the Florida State University, I was in 2001 appointed to a position as assistant professor at the University of Florida. "h-fom" serves as a handy abbreviation of my rather cumbersome collection of monikers. "Molinarius" is "Mueller" in Latin, Mercury is my favorite Olympian, and "Mercurius Molinarius," as you will soon discover, is in charge of this section of cyber-Olympus. Further particulars regarding course and instructor can be found in the various byways of our course web page.
