From my days on the high school newspaper, I've heard that print publications are dying and that everything is moving to the Web. While I have faith in print - there is nothing like holding a newspaper or magazine in front of you - I do realize the amazing cababilities the Web has to offer. So now, as a journalism student at the University of Florida, I am trying to learn as much about creating content for the Web as possible.
This is my first Web site and with it I am furthering my presence on the Web. This site was hand-coded as a project for Dr. David Carlson's course MMC3260: Communications on the Internet.
I also have two blogs.Just a Humble Journalism Student is my professional blog where I discuss issues and events in the journalism field and my own adventures as a young journalist.Swamp Frog is my personal blog where I write about what's going on in my life for the benefit of my family and friends. I throw in commentary on random events, just to make things interesting.
