Who is Eric?

Born on June 8, 1980 in Sarasota, Florida to Jim and Kandy Donnelly. He has a twin sister (Erin) and a younger sister (Kat). He currently lives in Gainesville, Florida.

After going to Cardinal Mooney High School in Sarasota, Eric enrolled at the University of Florida (UF) in Gainesville. Eric was a member of the University of Florida Swimming and Diving Team for four years while studying Electrical Engineering.

After receiving his undergraduate degree Eric enrolled into the Graduate School of Electrical Engineering at UF. Eric continuined to swim while pursuing his Masters degree.

Eric received his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at UF in December, 2003. His three areas of concentration are: DSP, VLSI, and Computer Networks.

Eric's swimming career ended in July 2004 at the United States Olympic Trials. Eric placed fifth in the 400 Individual Medley, sixth in the 200 Individual Medley, and eighth in the 200 Butterfly.
