THE CANOPY becomes
a place to experience the sun and wind
a built extension of the tree canopy
the circular pattern emulates the foliage: light filters through with varying effects, new shadows are scattered about
wind chimes sway softly in the breeze like Spanish moss in the trees
the breeze is understood through the bumbling of the wind chimes knocking together
a calm place, a relaxing place
