o       SPN 1115 and SPN 1116. Intensive courses for students who have already learned the basic Spanish language. Review of grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic expressions of the language.

o       SPN 1130: Beginning Spanish 1 and SPN 1131: Beginning Spanish 2. Courses taught students who have not had any contact with the language before: listening comprehension, reading, writing, and speaking.

o       SPAN 202. Intermediate Spanish II. Prerequisite: SPAN 201 or three years of Spanish in high school. Applicable to the humanities and arts and international perspective general education requirements.
