Read the Supreme Court opinion in Yick Wo and consider it in light of the cases we have read since Thanksgiving (Slaughterhouse through the Civil Rights Cases). Does this decision seem consistent with those the Court’s reasoning in all of those cases, some of those cases, none of those cases? Why or why not?
