Go to either America: History and Life or Historical Abstracts and find 3 journal articles that seem to you to be relevant to understanding South Carolina v. Posey.

Turn in a one page sheet that sets out: author, title of article, title of journal, citation (pages and date), and a one or two sentence explanation of why you think the article would be helpful to understanding the Posey case.
