Current Projects

Here is a list of some of the projects that I am currently undertaking. These are all tasks that I've pursued outside of my normal course load.

New College Conference on Medieval and Early Modern Studies 2008
I am very excited about the opportunity to give a paper at the New College Conference on Medieval and Early Modern Studies in early March. This will be my first time presenting a paper at a professional conference. The New College Conference is a small but significant forum drawing both major scholars from around the nation and regional scholars from colleges and universities throughout Florida. The paper I am presenting is entitled: "Protecting the Pauvre Peuple: The Role of the Crowd in Pierre de L'Estoile's Narrative of the French Wars of Religion, 1574-1589." You can access the conference's webpage and see the official program by clicking here.

Resources and Links

I haven't yet put together material for an adequate "resource" section of the website, but I have included here some links for centers and other academic institutions that I find helpful and refer to relatively often.
