were a seed. Your whole world has changed.

to grow into a plant.

First, you should become familiar with the plant growth process.
Then, you should become familiar with the parts of the plant.
Last, you should create a book about your life as a plant.

1. Read about the life of plants, begining with Germination. Click here to find out more.
2. Print out the picture of the plant life cycle. Can you label its parts? Find the seed, stem, root, leaf and flower.
3. Click on the flower below to create your own plant growth book. Use your imagination. Use the words in the center of the page to fill inthe blank. Then, draw any kind of plant you would like to be. A tree? A Flower? You can create your own plant.
4. When you finish your book, put your name on it and turn it in to your teacher.
You will receive a grade based on how you navigate through the webquest. Your personal book will also count toward your grade. Here is a rubric of how you will be graded.
Now you know the parts of the plant and their life cycle. You know what to do to make your plant grow. Hopefully tomorrow when you wake up, the world will be back to normal and you will be a kindergartener again.
