READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO YOUR STUDENTS

“This is the only information I can give you about the test: It is three pages long and  the format is as follows:

Comprensión auditiva: You will read three written statements in English, then you will listen to a paragraph in Spanish. It will be read twice. You can not take notes. Then you indicate whether the statements are cierto or falso, based on what you heard (4x3=12)
Preguntas orales. You will hear five questions. They will be read twice. Do not take notes. Answer each question with a complete sentence in Spanish. (5x3=15).
Gramática: You will complete a paragraph in Spanis h by either choosing from among several possibilities or conjugating a verb (18x2=36)
Vocabulario: You will identify 10 items indicated in 2 drawings using single vocabulary words. (10x1=10).
Situaciones: You will write in Spanish what you woul d say in 5 situations described in English. Use complete sentences (5x3=15).
Lectura: You will read a dialogue in Spanish and then indicate whether four statements in English are cierto or falso, based on the content (4x3=12)
