Project Makeover is a UF student-run 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a more dynamic learning environment for elementary school students in Alachua County. Modeled after the television show "Extreme Home Makeover," Project Makeover has been able to help elementary schools all over Alachua County beginning in 2008 with Rawlings Elementary.

We have since grown each year reaching over 1,200 volunteers and fundraising over $10,000 for Chester Shell Elementary in 2012. Project Makeover’s efforts never cease to draw more volunteers and support from the community. This year, Project Makeover is working hard to be able to makeover Idylwild Elementary.
