The Goodfellas: Nick Lipari, Joe Lipari (Uncle), John Lipari (Uncle), Mario Lipari (Dad) and Tony Lipari (Brother)

I was born December 15, 1982 in New York. A month after my birth, my family moved down to Ocala, Florida. That is where I have lived all of my life, until recently when I moved up to Gainesville starting the fall semester of 2003. Last spring, I graduated from Central Florida Community College.

Music is very important to me. Although my taste in music varies from '60s rockers like The Doors and The Rolling Stones to heavy metal acts like Metallica and AC/DC to even modern acts like No Doubt and the White Stripes, there is one band that stands out above the rest as my all-time favorite band- AEROSMITH! They have defied every challenge put before them and continue to rock as hard as when they first started out.

Even though Aerosmith is my favorite band, I have never seriously researched their history before. I thought making this webpage would be the perfect opportunity to learn more about "The Boston Bad Boys." I have seen them live twice, once on their Nine Lives Tour and the other just recently on their Rocksimus Maximus Tour. I collect their merchandise, having 8 Aerosmith t-shirts, pictures, cds and 2 6-hour videotapes full of Aerosmith performances, interviews and music videos (in chronological order!)

I was in the International Baccalaureate program at Vanguard High School and, during my time there, I included Aerosmith in the majority of my skits and presentations. These range from using the song "Cryin'" to explain an author's sad life experiences to using their song "Pink" in advertisements for a propsed ice cream parlor that featured "rock and roll-themed" ice cream flavors. My favorite project involving them though was when I made Aerosmith the sponsors of a kite I had to develop and build in an analytical geometry course. I even dressed up like Steven Tyler to film a commercial. It was great!

I don't think I would have gotten through the IB program if it wasn't for my best friend, Rishi Chelminski. Also pictured is Katie Rice, his ex-girlfriend.

Currently, I am majoring in journalism at the University of Florida. Even though I was in the IB program in high school and got straight A's in the honors program at my community college, I am finding the courses I'm currently taking extremely difficult. Hopefully, things will change next semester and I will finish my college experience here at UF.

Other than Aerosmith, I really enjoy watching professional wrestling. In fact, I plan on using my journalism degree to get a job with the WWE, possibly as a writer for the storylines or even a reporter for their website.

I'm very close with my family. My parents, Mario and Ro, are very supportive of me with school, and I feel that I have a very close bond with both my brother Tony and my sister Christina.
